(It proved challenging to obtain the comprehensive list of DCs. Many of these are being schemed from news reports. One does not need more than imagination to understand why a comprehensive list of District Commissioners is not available at the Ministry for Provincial Administration! Please send in the names for inclusion)

PREAMBLE
We, the people of Kenya—
PROUD of our ethnic, cultural and religious diversity, and determined to live in peace and unity as one indivisible sovereign nation:

7 (3) The State shall––
(a) Promote and protect the diversity of language of the people of Kenya; and

90 (1) c: Except in the case of county assembly seats, each party list reflects the regional and ethnic diversity of the people of Kenya

94 (2): (2) Parliament manifests the diversity of the nation, represents the will of the people, and exercises their sovereignty.

130 (2): The composition of the national executive shall reflect the regional and ethnic diversity of the people of Kenya.

131 (2) 2 The President shall — (d) promote respect for the diversity of the people and
communities of Kenya

Part 1—Objects and principles of devolved government; Objects of devolution:
174. The objects of the devolution of government are— (b) to foster national unity by recognizing diversity;

197 County assembly gender balance and diversity
(1) Not more than two-thirds of the members of any county assembly or county executive committee shall be of the same gender.
(2) Parliament shall enact legislation to—
(a) Ensure that the community and cultural diversity of a county is reflected in its county assembly and county executive committee; and
(b) Prescribe mechanisms to protect minorities within counties.

CHAPTER FOURTEEN
NATIONAL SECURITY
Part 1—National Security Organs
Principles of national security
238. (c) in performing their functions and exercising their powers, national security organs shall respect the diverse culture of the communities within Kenya; and
(d) Recruitment by the national security organs shall reflect the diversity of the Kenyan people in equitable proportions.

241 (4) The composition of the command of the Defence Forces shall reflect the regional and ethnic diversity of the people of Kenya.

National Police Service Commission
246. (4) The composition of the National Police Service shall reflect the regional and ethnic diversity of the people of Kenya.

250 (4) Appointments to commissions and independent offices shall take into account the national values referred to in Article 10, and the principle that the composition of the commissions and offices, taken as a whole, shall reflect the regional and ethnic diversity of the people of Kenya.

FIFTH SCHEDULE, (Article 261 (1))
LEGISLATION TO BE ENACTED BY PARLIAMENT:
County assembly gender balance and diversity (Article 197) – within 3 years

Am on it whenever I have spare time. They have locked up information on that's for example The Kikuyu Reparations Army (KRA). You cant find shot. Its a pure Kikuyu organization to the last head of department

There are about 208 districts in Kenya! AMA? Why don't you post the remaining. 18 kyuks out of 208 is about fair because they worked hard to form the current Govt. Who did you want to be rewarded for catapulting Uhuru Muigai to Statehouse?
