Don't get too pissed, as you know, Kenyans are irredeemably corrupt. KDF personnel are paid extra hazard pay for every day they spend in the war zone. So they are dragging as much as possible to make as much money from the Kenyan taxpayers as possible, and this is understandable given what a major I know said- that to be posted to Somalia, kenyan soldiers are having to bribe the selecting officers 50,000 kshs. I guess they'll get to Kismayo after 10 years!!!!
