Busia / Teso likely to go URP....who is the top ODM honcho who defected to URP? It was shocking to RAO. The UDF governor (Sidai) candidate thinks Ruto will get a seat if not two in either Teso & Busia. They are on good terms with URP.

It confirms JaCon is dead on arrival in RV. Majority were ODM in 2007 but in 2012 they will be URP...IT MEANS odm is dying slowly..
