A brilliant project this one. Once complete, we would like to see the same replicated in several other parts of the country. This is indeed the surest and fastest way to attaining vision 2030. With the new constitutional dispensation we will soon be the boys to watch. Hopefully we shall stay focused. All the best Kenya.
