Mudavadi's Exit Could Be ODM's Game Changer

Discussion of general formal issues!

There are many people whose ethnicity is Kikuyu, Luhya, Somali, Arabs, Asians, Kalenjins, Kisiis, Mijikenda BUT ARE LUOS.

This is the reason stupid people compare Kamatusa (Ethnic organisation) and Gema (Ethnic organisation) with LUO COUNCIL OF ELDERS (a grouping of some 12 old men that protect a lifestyle).

Here is scoop and you heard it here first:
1. Uhuru and Ruto are done. They can sing and dance all they want but it’s all "last kicks of a dying horse".
2. This election is going to be decided by the youth. While everybody is focusing on tribe, Raila is focusing on the youth.
3. Watch Maina Njenga - he is going to be the next vice president - (unless they kill him as they are trying now)
4. Mt Kenya politics is going to change nobody will recognize it. More than 50% of current mt Kenya leaders will not be anywhere after next election.

You heard it here first!! All these politicians are again as usual playing catch-up to Raila. This Man Raila yawa!!!! Notice how all these politicians are doing what Raila did in 2002 and partly in 2007 but they don’t understand that Raila succeeded in 2002 and 2007 because of “ the surprise element”. In 2002, KANU was surprised by Raila’s exit only a few days to elections that they could not recover in time to mount a meaningful campaign. Uhuru and Ruto are attempting to do the same in ODM using Mudavadi but Raila was well prepared for this long time ago and that’s why they have been pushing Mudavadi out. ODM will have recovered by the time of the elections next year. In 2007, Kalonzo Musyoka attempted the same trick by hanging on to ODM-K certificate to deny Raila a presidential nomination ticket, only for Kalonzo to find himself left holding worthless party registration papers for ODM-K while Raila smoothly moved to ODM. This time around, Raila is tapping in to the disenchantment of the poor and unemployed youth to shake things from the ground up. The elite will not know what hit them. Uhuru’s undoing is he let the elite elderly Kikuyu politicians own and define him as theirs. That was a huge mistake. Now he cannot run away from the lot that sanctioned the extra-judicial killing of the young Kikuyu youth. These youth had friends, brothers, sisters and family. It will take a miracle for him to persuade them and change their anger. Ruto’s popularity is shallow. He is not popular past his Eldoret north constituency. It will take him a couple more election circles before he can hold any claim to national competitiveness. Furthermore, he does not have money like Uhuru to sustain a long term dishing out.

Again, these people are playing catch-up to This Man Raila yawa!!!!

Reality hasn't sunk yet. It will in due course. Don't worry. You cannot fight reality -it so futile. But dream on. It only thing you can afford as member of NDP. The luo party.

Only a fraction of RV MPs left ODM, still a pretty swollen party. Unless the outcasts group together and field one presidential candidate - they won't. There still might be time for a miracle victory. At this rate going by political theories, it's not possible. Added Uhuruto at the Hague, Mudavadi remaining minority candidate, it's not possible. ODM vs PNU is realistic. PNU under Kibaki, ODM under Raila. ODM victory. Perhaps Ababu, Gideon and Karua can fill the void once Uhuruto are at the Hague.

So say another Luo trying to sell us some rotten fish. Nobody is buying that crap. Shove it up your arse. There are simply no takers. 98% of kenyans are tribal. There is enough data to back that claim. In fact it so self-evident; you must be mentally challenged to want to challenge that.

The trouble Bazoo is that luos who support a fellow luo to the last man while accusing anybody else except themselves of being tribalists! They call themselves lofty names like reformists, nationalist, etc, while ignoring the sad reality that they have grouped around a g0D from their kavirondo backyard. What an irony!

Veritas, can you list ALL the RV elected MPs who are still with Raila? That could give a clear image of what you are saying and save you the embarrasment.

Now this mungiki murderer aka maina njenga is being viewed as a hero by these desperate ODMers ? For the sake of getting central kenya youth votes? Desperation surely has no limits. Raila is a dictator who has surrounded himself with virulent sycophants. His lies have been exposed. Kigeugeu. Cant continue fooling kenyans . Bure kabisa

If Raila is a dictator. I have not seen any party elections anywhere in Kenya other than that ODM had in 2007. Si we wait and see if Uhuru, Ruto, Kalonzo, or even Mudamba holds free a fair party elections before we start vomiting all over our shoes with this word dictator. RV's theory that ODM and Raila are done is being forced fed to us without any evidence at all. Raila has always received more votes than there are luos. Kibaki also received more votes than there are kikuyus in Kenya. This means Kenyans do not vote based on tribe alone. There are Kenyans who vote only for their tribemates, but not every tribe has a serious presidential contender and therefore they will vote for a person from another tribe based on other factors. Let me give you an example, If Uhuru is allowed to run, he will get a lion share of Kikuyu vote, based on tribal vote, but he will not get Kalenjin vote in the same ratio as Kikuyu votes. Ruto's Kalenjin vote is not transferable to Uhuru in the same ration. When you have a strong candidate like Raila running with Uhuru, both will get their tribal votes but the votes of the other tribes will not be transfered easily based on the popularity of their supporters in those tribes because the leadership of these tribes will also be split. The notion that Uhuru will take the entire Kalenjin vote, the entire Kisii vote, the entire Luyhi vote, the entire coast vote, and that only luos will vote for Raila is the dumness idea I have ever heard. The leadership of all tribes will be divided.

You are puking all over yourself! Kenyan politics is not that complicated to decipher. In pretty much every major tribe, the tribe lord or tribal leader commands a lion’s share if not all of the votes in that tribe; another thing, there are only less than 10 tribes and tribal enclaves that accounts for nearly 80% of Kenyan population; kamatusa, Gema, luo, luhya, kamba, gusii, mijikenda......and maybe two other more. Based on election pattern of 1992,1997,2002,2007 there is one thing that remains constant; Tribe lord's power is immeasurable...let feature the last two elections: in 2002, raila was the tribe leader(king maker or whatever you want to call) and Kibaki was the reciever of the blessing; in 2007, wsr was the tribe lord, and raila was the reciever but the votes were not enough or elections were stolen(but you get the theory) .....as long as this theory still holds water in today’s Kenya and alignment/realignment is trekking south(tribal), then RAILA AMOLO ODINGA is simply kaput unless he pulls a kibaki(steal votes)

A day in politics is way long. The more things change in politics the more they stay the same. Kibaki was left standing solo with his NAK when Raila etc joined Kanu before moving en mass to LDP after they failed to agree on a compromise candidate. They later all trooped back to Kibaki, founded NARK, and the rest is history.

I wont give you specifics coz its too early. However I can assure you that Raila will dilly-dally as long as it is necessary before settling on a running-mate. In the meantime he will start dangling the carrot but will wait for an implosion in G7 due to competing interests. ODM has so many cards under the table.

Remember, simba ikinyeshewa usifikirie ni paka.

RV Pundit wrote:Give us specifics. Tell us who Raila can appoint and how many votes they can bring.

For me best running mate will come from second tier tribes. The top 5 have their own people. GEMA are united under Uhuru...or it seem. Ukambani and Kalonzo.Raila and Luos. Luhyas are in their moment of truth..they could unite behind Mudamba.

The big 5 must ran.

That leaves us with GUSII and MIJIKENDA as the only viable running mates. They can add you 0.5M cast votes.
