Welcome to the negativos world. How will naming a highway after kibaki subtract or add sufurias of ugali in your house?

When not view this is something the next leader would want to emulate. Why would I care if someone built a modern gauge railline from mombasa to ksm and named it after themselves?

It is fair to name it Kibaki Hwy eventhough I personally prefer to be named Prince Uhuru Blvd.. Everything in Kenya is named after Moi or Kenyatta........time for Kibaki to shine too

Reminds me of when the ANC wanted to rename the major freeways in SA after icons like Mandela, Sobukwe, Biko, Tambo etc. The old man told them to fcuk off and leave his name alone arguing he will be remembered whether or not his name is on the big billboards. The point is if you have done good to your beloved country, you will secure a place in the history books without necessarily naming a designer underwear after you.

Kibaki is missing the point here or perhaps he suspects he will be forgotten the moment the Army Chopper airlifts him to Othaya in March 2013.
