We were told that tribal math is all that mattered in Kenya's politics and that Raila was going to lose the next presidential election because the tribal math does not favor him. That was before Miguna's book. Now the same people are arguing that Raila cannot win the presidency because of the book. They say that this is because the book has expossed Raila as corrupt, incompetent and not a reformist. My question to them is this, will the other presidential candidates be judged with the same standards or this standards only apply to Raila? I am curious because there are people who are running for the president with actual charges against them at the Hague and trials starting on April 10, 2013, for commiting crimes against humanity, namely,-murder, rape, ethnic cleansing, etc.
If the politics of Kenya are still all driven by tribe then this book is a wash because the tribal numbers have not changed.
However, if issues of integrity also may affect the out come of the elections then should'nt charges proffered by an ICC prosecutor and confirmed by the ICC judges count more than allegations by a disgruntled employee which are yet to be substantiated?. This is just a thought.
publicity part is fine, luos think his stealing is a kind of victory against kikuyus. The reform CV is gone forever. i will wake you up to this fact, the biggest supporters of reform and transparency in the world are kikuyus and this is a fact. Kikuyus care about business, best done in a corrupt free enviroment.
MM was very vicious when he was writing articles about non-railallettes. Back then, railanyuoks were cheering and ululating from the top of their lungs in praise of the 'man' but now that Mr malicious has turned his lethal cannons towards the savages, the idiots are trying their best to discredit the man.
