I didn't realise the gym down the road from me is one of the biggest gyms in Sydney. Not sure what classes to take up though.. I'd like to do something three times a week.. where's Ludy ?

What's 'vinyasa flow ?'

I think I'll do pilates, belly fusion, body attack, cardio dance.. they all sound so awesome. Any recommendations ?

veritas, gym is bullsit. If you want to get into good shape, take a 30 min run 3 times a week. The results is undeniable. Gym is may produce same results but at an unnessesary xpense. Running is the best

Thanks RP.

TRV I don't want to pound my body like I used to in my youth. When I was in school I'd wake up at 5:30 and jog. I did that for a decade or so. My body can't sustain the gravity anymore. I'm not energetic and exuberant no more, my body is susceptible to trauma I have a medicines and vitamins draw, never had that a couple years ago. I'm turning 30 soon and I feel the fx of age. So I'm joining a couple classes like Pilates and Zumba. I'm looking forward to Pilates, always wanted to do that proper. I'll let you know how it goes.

I've been pining about Zumba classes months ago. If I wasn't working so doggone flat out I'd have started already. My staff asked me do I ever get any spare time. It was in that moment I realised I'm always going to be busy so I need to make time to do something fun. I need this.

I'm not a latino I'm a fatty. Think of a mini whale. I couldn't command much with a skinny arse. As the boss my fatness is an assett. I take my time. I just want to tone it and feel more healthy though, I don't mind my shape.
