TRV I don't want to pound my body like I used to in my youth. When I was in school I'd wake up at 5:30 and jog. I did that for a decade or so. My body can't sustain the gravity anymore. I'm not energetic and exuberant no more, my body is susceptible to trauma I have a medicines and vitamins draw, never had that a couple years ago. I'm turning 30 soon and I feel the fx of age. So I'm joining a couple classes like Pilates and Zumba. I'm looking forward to Pilates, always wanted to do that proper. I'll let you know how it goes.
