Am getting worried about EACC Archbishop Wabukala

Unread post by Gumzo » Mon Apr 03, 2017 9:08 am

Its been 2 months now na hasikikani, yeye ni wa sub tribe gani ?
kwani corruption ended when he was appointed ?
one reason he can't do shit about corruption is because the whole anti corruption law is designed not to work because it was made by the corruption
barons themselves.

There is no way any EACC head can pretend to be doing anything in that office if they are not also demanding a complete new law or a radical re write of the existing loop holes leaden one.

Am afraid the Archbishop may turn out to be no different from Harun Mwau (KACC) Ringera/PLO/Kinisu etc
they all knew the anti corruption law does not work and just played the role as paid for by the corruption forces

Ama he is having to be very cautious in the current national election mode because the biggest corruption culprits and beneficiaries are also the main political and state players e.g look what a simple D- faked into C- led to nationally

Now am getting worried that I seem to be the only one getting worried about
EACC Archbishop Wabukala total silence since appointment.

Anafanya nini ?

So the provisional conclusion is that Wabukala is just another compromised conniving bastard like Mwau, Ringera, Kinisu

The good old Archbishop is clueless and believes with good intentions you can fight corruption in Kenya. He should first start fighting corruption at the EACC secretariat. The EACC CEO and his deputy are the custodians of corruption at the organisation dancing to the tune of their employer at SH.
The good old Archbishop will not achieve more than Ringera or any other that came after him.
I love the way EACC boasts of having recovered billions worth of properties and do not mention from whom and where these persons are.

Yes the secretariat needs a massive overhaul BUT the most important thing to begin with is the EACC law itself
No one can pretend to be fighting .ke corruption with the existing anti-corruption law which was designed
by the corruption barons and their agents themselves.

Webukula (sp) was one big con to wananchi. The head of EACC should be a former saved rich fraudster like Pattni.

Corruption in Kenya is part of the system. You have to accept it or you will GET dizzy and highly stressed trying to question the root cause. To fix corruption in Kenya, you have to hack the brains of most Kenyans and cure it inside the brain cells. Is that something than can be done easily? fuck no because brain transplant would be needed. Police/Kanjo and the network from Governor, city lawyers to courts all the way down are all on the same page in corruption. The court system is rotten to the core especially Nairobi courts. If you own a matatu in Kenya, chances are the driver will be stopped once or twice a day. Every stop, you part with 2000-3000 and once a week or so you part with 10K to release the vehicle (when NTSA are involved for legitimacy purposes). All the money goes back to the network where they split by percentages. I think Kenyan Government gets about 2% of the money collected from thousands of stops that occurs every day while 98% goes to the network. Police officer remains the most dangerous person in Kenya because that is where interaction with wananchi occurs on a daily basis. If Police can be reformed, corruption can be reduced but cannot be eliminated until brain transplants are curried out.

The EACC found Sh17 million at the home of NLC chairman Muhammad Swazuri during a raid on Thursday.

The anti-corruption agency raided the homes of chairman Muhammad Swazuri and other senior officials as part of a probe into claims land owners in the Standard Gauge Railway project were irregularly compensated.

"The commission recovered Sh17 million from one the homes of NLC chairman Muhammad Swazuri during the morning raid," EACC tweeted.

Swazuri was grilled at the EACC headquarters at Integrity centre in Nairobi.

On March 29, the chairman was sent away from a parliamentary committee hearing after being termed a hostile witness.

The Lands committee declared this after the National Lands Commission boss cited a court order issued by Justice John Mativo.
the 17M has since disappeared and investigations have been launched and are currently ongoing......
so that Wabukala baluya is not comment at the moment

EACC Scorecard - EACC Archbishop Eliud Wabukala has finally spoken
giving stupid stories and obviously not being honest.

Now I can authoritatively confirm Wabukala is no different from Mwau, ringera etc
and for the time being corruption remains the winner.......by far
