Another useless body. Will have no impact as long as there is no political will coming from the top. Until Kenyans face the fact that the Kenyan presidents starting from Jomo to his son Uhuru have been the patrons of corruption in the country, we will just be chasing the wind.

GEMA people hate devolution they want A system where uhuru disburses funds based on favour clanism and Primitive uthamaki etc.
DEVOLUTION is here to stay and more funds must be devolved to the people.
Uhuru/kabura /that fat nys woman I forgot her name condones corruption must be held accountable and removed and things will work well.

Precisely. .This is a leadership issue from the top. NO one in kenya that understand Ifmis better than Crackhead and Waiguru so this monitoring and control failures are all by design.

Devolution can work wonders if those on top are willing to make it work instead what we have is some silly county commissioners sabotaging elected governors.

The kabura's were at least pretending to offer some kind of service in return but this woman walked into a bank and withdrew 350m with impunity, no red flags etc this one hit me like a thunderbolt.
people of goodwill should join together and free Kenya from the grip of heartless thieves.

When its somebody from another tribe then it hits you like a thunderbolt, but when its muthamaki scooping EUROBOND or the sisters pretending to supply roscoco beans whatever the name to ministry of health then you sugarcoat it.

Hypocritical thieving bastard.

Do not reduce me into our thieve and your thieve nonsense, I am way better that that and my position on Kenyan thievery is well known. The euro thing was people throwing innuendo and accusations with no iota of evidence. I have condemned the kaburas of this world and have come close to withdrawn my support of the dynamic duo but when look at the other side, it's just the other cheek of the same asshole. If you Okoth thinks that the blatant thievery by this woman in okay, do not call anyone a thieving bastard for the rest of your life.

You must agree that theft of public resources has benefited your people immensely for over 50 year and now other Kenyans are joining in.
Kenya is headed the Nigerian way where everybody is a thief.

Please spare us your fake outrage. Uhuru in your eyes cannot do wrong. Even his own sister was caught red-handed, your and your ilk excused it away.

Kenya is a pathetic failed state. The sooner people realize that and make attempts to face the impact of this the better.

At any rate, Uhuro will again be re-elected. Those of you in Kenya please continued paying your taxes to support this scourge and salaries of already the world's highest paid elected officials.

Me, I have long divested from Kenya because I see no future there.

The logical way to handle this is you to attack kabura(your tribesmate). Forwardo to attack this Bungoma lunje.Okoth to attack caroli omondi, he of kkv thieving.etc
Otherwise it sounds as if you want to soften attack on kabura by bringing this thieving woman in the picture
