Raila has given a detailed account of how hackers accessed IEBC servers and manipulated election results.

The NASA leader has called on Kenyans to remain calm as his team follows up with IEBC to try to resolve the issue.

Raila has urged IEBC not to declare Uhuru the winner until matter raised by NASA team has been resolved.

To summarize; Raila ODINGA, Kalonzo Musyoka affirm elections MUST be about the Sovereign Will of the People of Kenya, firmly REJECT results as streamed by IEBC, parade paper-trail evidence of interference with IEBC system between 12noon and 5pm on 8th Aug.; urge Kenyans to keep CALM. NASA scheduled to share with Kenyans results tallied at the ‘cloud’

Image
In case IEBC goes ahead to declare Uhuru the winner the NASA will contest the results at the supreme court.

Last night the International Community Observers Missions threatened to storm out of Bomas if flawed figures that were being streamed without solid back up documents stopped.

IEBC Chair Wafula Chebukati and his team convened a crisis meeting with NASA and Jubilee agents to calm the waters.

Meanwhile, Civil rights groups have joined the Opposition in disputing presidential results transmitted by the IEBC.

Under ‘Kura Yangu Sauti Yangu’, they said the results do not conform with constitutional requirements requiring the support of form 34A.

“Since it started announcing results yesterday, the IEBC has not made available, as required by law, copies of form 34A on its public portal,” group chair George Kegoro said on Wednesday.

The group also claims IEBC is deducting votes from Opposition leader Raila Odinga and adding them to President Uhuru Kenyatta’s tally.

He said results transmitted varied in forms acquired in Dagoretti North, Langata, Nandi Hill, Kisumu Central and Kipchebor polling station in Ainamoi.

In Kilimani ward, Kegoro said, the form claims no rejected votes were recorded, contradicting portal results showing four votes.

He said the form also noted 508 valid votes while the IEBC portal reports 504.

He added that at South C’s Kewi polling station, results from stream one contradict the valid votes recorded.

While 439 votes were recorded on form 34A, the IEBC said 416 votes were recorded.

In Kipchebor, the group claims four votes were deducted from Raila and given to Uhuru.

Earlier in the day, Raila claimed IEBC’s system was hacked using the login details of the late ICT manager Chris Msando.

“We have caught them. Hackers gained entry into the election database through Msando’s account and directly into chairman Wafula Chebukati’s account,” the NASA presidential candidate told a press conference.

IEBC acting ICT director Msando, who was to test the KIEMS, was tortured and murdered. Opposition leaders blamed Jubilee but police are still investigating.

Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu has told President Kenyatta to forget the 170,000 votes he got from Ukambani region in the August 8 presidential election.

The Kamba community, she said, would make a major statement in the coming presidential repeat election ordered by the Supreme Court on Friday.

Image
REACTION

She said the community would vote to the last man for Opposition leaders Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka.

The governor said President Kenyatta’s angry reaction to the judgment that annulled his win, including threats to the Supreme Court judges and steadfast defence of the discredited Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission, confirmed that the elections were bungled.

“The Kamba vote belongs to National Super Alliance, we voted for Raila Odinga and without apologies we’ll cast our lot with him again,” Governor Ngilu said in Kitui town on Sunday when he hosted Wiper MPs and members of county assembly to lay ground for Mr Odinga’s campaign.

Mrs Ngilu asked Jubilee leaders to stop insulting Nasa leaders and the Judiciary, saying Kenyan voters were fed up with what she termed “their dictatorial tendencies” and their disregard for the 2010 Constitution which guarantees basic freedoms.

“What we have seen from Jubilee leaders after the ruling is unacceptable, ” she said.

“Uhuru must stop insulting and threatening leaders and respect Kenyans’ demands for free and fair elections.”

SWING-VOTE

Ms Ngilu urged Mr Odinga and Mr Musyoka to concentrate their campaigns on swing-vote counties and leave Ukambani for her and other county leaders to mop up every vote.

“This ruling is a golden chance to send home this corrupt and insensitive Jubilee regime, ” she said.

“We must now close political ranks in pursuit of the bigger agenda to liberate the country.”

WHY NASA WILL NOT GO TO POLLS WITH A COSMETIC SURGERY AT IEBC.

Here are the individuals purportedly appointed by Chebukati to oversee election.
1. Marjan Marjan (Designated as Project Coordinator)
Marjan is the Deputy CEO for the IEBC working under Ezra Chiloba. Marjan receives instructions from Ezra and does not contradict him. Marjan also maintains a close relations with Isaak Hassan, the former Chairperson of the Commission.
2. Dr. Sydney Namulungu (Designated as Head of Operations)
Served at the IEBC Headquarter as the Training Manager under the Directorate of Voter Registration and Election Operations. As the Training Manager, he worked under Immaculate Kassait. He is a Jubilee sympathizer and worked as a team leader responsible for Central in the 2013 General Elections. He was responsible for many irregularities during the 2013 General Elections including: Delays in recording attendance by Returning Officers from the central region, failure by ROs to undertake tallying and announcement of results in their respective constituencies before coming to Bomas and allegations of changed results. After the 2013 General Elections, he was moved to Kakamega as the Regional Election Coordinator. In the 2017 General Elections, he worked as the County Returning Officer for Kakamega. In the Audit of the IEBC servers, Kakamega was one of the affected areas where unauthorized access were reported. He was responsible for returning a number of MPs in the Kakamega County in favour of Jubilee.
3. Nancy Kariuki (Designated as Head of Logistics)
Nancy Served as the Manager Voter Registration under the Directorate of Voter Registration and Elections Operations. As the Manager responsible for Voter Registration, she worked under the supervision of Immaculate Kassait. In the 2013 Tallying Center she received, excel spreadsheets-tallying forms from Returning Officers, which were then changed in favour of Jubilee. After the 2013 General Elections, she was moved to Central Region as the Regional Coordinator. In the 2017 General Elections, she was appointed as the County Returning Officer for Mombasa. She attempted to frustrate the campaign process for Joho through purportedly addressing complaint that was beyond her mandate. She frustrated the tallying process. Mombasa (Changamwe in particular) was one of the Constituencies reported as having had unauthorized access to the server. Nancy is unacceptable and should not be serving in the Commission.
4. Albert Gogo (Designated as Head of ICT)
Albert Gogo has worked as a Constituency Elections Coordinator and Returning Officer in Mombasa. Both roles are under supervision of Immaculate Kassait. His ICT credentials are not known or questionable. Most CECs are compromised especially having worked as Returning Officers.
4. Miseti Miseti (Designated as Head of Training).
Suspected to be Ben Miseti who acted as the RO for Bungoma. As a Returning Officer he reported to Immaculate Kassait. He was responsible for frustrating the candidature of Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula. Leans toward Jubilee.
5. Silas Rotich (Designated as Head of National Tally Center)
Silas Rotich worked as County Returning Officer for Nakuru County. Previously, Rotich works as a Constituency Elections Coordinator under the Directorate of Voter Registration and Elections Operations. His credentials are unknown. Most CECs are compromised mostly in favour of Jubilee.
These team will be aided with the gentlemen in the picture below. One identified as Manwa Magoma and the other we are yet to establish his name. These are the gentlemen who messed the KIEMS kits.

Manwa Magoma: Jubilee hacker who couldn’t shut up...... :o

President Uhuru rigged the August 9 presidential election by tampering with the IEBC Results Transmission System (RTS) then working backwards to generate the paper trail – forms 34As.
He worked with IEBC national secretariat insiders, after his men had killed an obstacle in the name of Chris Msando, and threw his body in a Kiambu coffee thicket. To make the murder look humane, they also killed Msando’s evening lady friend, Carol Ngumbu.
Both families have since buried their kins.
Things were not to turn out as they did. Uhuru’s victory was not to be challenged in court. And if it came to that, the challenger, NASA’s Raila Odinga, was never to succeed. A perennial loser, they referred to him, to normalize their dubious, illegitimate victory.
IEBC did all they could to deny him evidence, and spent days generating forms 34As, many that were faked, and which would later lead to the annulment of the results.
NASA documents presented in court reveals that Uhuru’s rigging machine tampered with nearly five million votes, the magnitude which no competent court would let through. Other things happened. But what did Uhuru and his team messed in this meticulous rip-off?

Image
The man at the centre of it, Manwa Magoma, in his irrational exuberance, ended up explaining the rigging scheme!
In his juvenile excitement, Magoma stupidly narrated his hacking assignment to his social media followers where he also gave accurate predictions of the fake results that were being streamed by IEBC, which he himself was a prime mover in generating.
Manwa Magoma @ManwaMagoma
Total votes this election will likely be 15,228,582 (78%). The 50+1 mark is 7,614,292. President Kenyatta will be 657,873 votes above mark!
7:41 PM - Aug 9, 2017
Manwa Magoma @ManwaMagoma
Based on earlier IEBC figures, I estimate voter turnout will be approximately between 80% and 83% - translating to about 16Mn votes cast.
6:17 PM - Aug 8, 2017
Manwa Magoma @ManwaMagoma
By 3pm, there will be more people who would have voted in this election than the contentious 2007 elections. We've come from far!
2:24 PM - Aug 8, 2017
Magoma had initially made illicit money under Anne Waiguru’s cash money NYS dealings. His company, Out of the Box Solutions Ltd had been purportedly contracted to conduct sensitisation campaigns targeting women, youth and persons with disabilities, under the Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPRO) program. Like Josephine Kabura, Manwa’s hatchet woman was Angela Angwenyi.
The ripoff, as PAC would later reveal, stood at Ksh302 million.
According to confidential sources in Team Uhuru, Magoma set up a state of the art production site within Telkom Kenya’s Data Center. A Disaster Recovery – basically a back up of their hackjob – was set up at Liquid Telecom, owned by multi-billionaire dealerwheeler Naushad Merali.
Magoma’s hacking gang was facilitated by the Chief Technology Officer of Telkom/Orange known as John Barorot who is a close associate of Deputy President William Ruto and Jubilee Chief Agent Davis Chirchir. Barorot had negotiated a huge chunk of the network platform that was to be used to transmit the result for Telkom, despite its poor network infrastructure across the country.
In fact, insiders say Telkom got the IEBC contract to cover results transmission in a wider area than even Safaricom, Kenya’s largest telecommunications firm. Sadly, in nearly all areas that Telkom got the tender to transmit the results from, their system totally collapsed, leading to no transmission at all. Presiding Officers and Returning Officers had to physically carry the forms, to be filled manually at the national tallying centre at Bomas in Nairobi.
It also not lost on observers of Kenya power politics how far Jubilee went into infiltrating IEBC and its procurement system. IEBC servers were supplied by a company called Neurotech Africa owned by shadowy tenderpreneur Daniel Kinyua who is related to Uhuru Kenyatta’s Chief of staff, Joseph Kinyua.
Magoma’s team worked with Daniel Kinyua whose company Neurotech Africa supplied IEBC with a Unified Computing System (UCS) which is a data center server computer product line composed of computing hardware, virtualization support, switching fabric, and management software introduced in 2009 by Cisco Systems.
Magoma reportedly made USD3 Million in commissions for himself out of the IEBC contract for procurement of KIEMS system from Saffran (Morpho) Security who were single sourced by IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba to supply the system at whopping Kshs 3.6 billion (USD. 36 million equivalent) in a project financed entirely by tax payers.
Manwa and his team would log into the IEBC Server and change any results, sometimes using even the email account of IEBC Chairman. In total, the team made far and wide changes to the results of the August election that upto now, the refuse to open the servers for audit.
President Uhuru has chosen to rather go to a repeat election than have IEBC servers opened, as this will reveal the extent of manipulation and rigging that went on.

NASA's Raila has said Chebukati's memo above vindicates the Opposition on rigging claims.

He alleged massive rigging in the general election and filed a petition at the Supreme Court, whose verdict was for a fresh election on October 17.

"Shame on you. You should not be standing in front of people and chest-thumping that you won the elections," Raila told the President.

"You did not win. Allow Kenyans to elect their leaders. You [Uhuru Kenyatta] and DP William Ruto are a big shame."

The ODM leader said they are not afraid of the repeat vote.

"...sisi tulisema kama tutashindwa tutakubali. Lakini tushindwe sawa sawa si kama Jubilee wenye wanaiba ushindi wetu...tutarudia uchaguzi kama barabara yote imesafishwa," he said.

This loosely translates to: "We said we will accept defeat. But let us lose under proper circumstances, unlike Jubilee who steal our victory...we will go back to the ballot once all roads are thoroughly cleaned."

The Opposition chief further said they cannot return to the ballot before the issues in the memo are addressed and a clean-up of the IEBC done.

"Hatuwezi rudi kwa uchaguzi kama maneno haya hayajatatuliwa...kiwanyanja bado iko na mawe na miba...hatuwezi cheza hivyo.. lazima tutoe hizi vitu (We will not go back to the election before these issues are addressed...the field still has stones and thorns...we cannot play that way...we must remove these things)," he said.

"La sivyo watacheza pekee yao (or else they will play alone). These people are guilt...they denied Kenyans a free and fair election and we can't go to the elections with these same characters."

Raila and others in the Opposition had made demands for an overhaul of the IEBC and a change of the election date.

Chebukati constituted a team that will oversee the election and issued guidelines for the election.

But the ruling party rejected the list, secretary general Raphael Tuju claiming members are known to be partisan.

"We have received credible information that in the list, there are people known to be partisan," he said on Wednesday.

He listed Marijan Hussein (project coordinator), Salome Oyugi (head of legal), Decimah Mmayi, Chispie Owiye, and Joseph Ayatta. Others are Joyce Euom, Tabitha Mutemi, Limus Onyango and Caroline Manyange.

Earlier, a union of independent commission workers moved to court seeking orders to stop IEBC from sacking Chiloba and some secretariat officials.

They want the court to stop the commission's bosses from taking any form of disciplinary action against the officials.

The battle for the top seat has toughened, Uhuru saying he is sure he will defeat Raila again and criticise the Judiciary as needing a "fix".

He said he won the 2013 general election, that the odds are stacked in his favor and that he is sure of a smoother ride due to Jubilee's performance and track record.

But during his tour of Nyamira County on Tuesday, the NASA principal said thieves must go home and asked the people to vote again with a vengeance.

There are so many Kurias and Waititus in this forum......I personally refer to them as uncouth retarded jiggermen...... :(

They're the reason condoms were invented, and too bad condoms were not used to protect the world from them....

MP Moses Kuria and Governor Ferdinand Waititu are back on the spot for incitement.

Image
Kuria utters dirty and unprintable sentiments against Raila.

Waititu said, “We are the children of Mau Mau and we will not accept to be deprived of our victory. We must show them we are not carrying babies on our backs and it is time to accord each other respect.”

Kuria defended Uhuru’s August 8 victory that was nullified by the Supreme Court last Friday.

“We went ahead to conceive a baby and that baby did not die in the womb nor at the maternity. It had began to breastfeed but ... [obscene words] ... should we forgive that person?” he asked.

The crowd chanted “No”.

“We will not be snatched meat from our mouth again. Our people, are we in agreement? Till when will he continue disturbing us? Aaah, let me be jailed. Whom did you think the prisons are meant for?

“I don’t like disputing His Excellency the President, but there is an issue that I disagree with him. He said we should greet each other as a sign of peace. I am not even interested in that peace. Greet that person next to you and tell them ‘Be ready’.”
