We'll impeach 'president Raila' in 3 months, Jubilee has numbers - Uhuru

"Bills tumetayarisha. Tunataka kuzipiga dust kidogo ndio tuzipitishe...sikujigamba, ni ukweli. Kama hawataki (We have prepared the bills. We want to dust them off and then pass them. We are blowing our own trumpets...it is the truth. If they refuse) what is the problem? It's alright, no problem," he said.

"Boycott ukae nyumbani (Stay at home). The people who will lose are the people you present because their issues will not be articulated."
The reason you could tell who had his vote stolen in 2007, is by who remained aggrieved even when the baby was split in half and who went on with business as usual hehe

If Raila wins in a clean election, he should get all our support. But Uhuru sounds soo sure about Raila winning, I wonder why

It is just reality, it is time to go to work and for the people's representatives to do their work. Jakuon is free to continue living his pipe dream to nowhere

Uhuru plays with the minds of Naswa fellows. He makes an impeachment statement and everyone is all excited and becoming specialists in the constitution! Uhuru KNOWS he is winning again and is doing nothing more than just divert the minds of the Raila followers from the election! In any case 'buing' the remaining 19 members to achieve this in the house is quite easy!

Guys poleni, the unfortunate remarks towards the Judiciary is a poor portrayal of leadership 'For their half' and demonstrates either a misunderstanding of governance or intentional misinformation. When Wanjiku goes to court and encounters a negative ruling, she remains humble and complies, but these guys are setting a new precedent by saying it's ok to critisize and threaten the Judges if they rule against your interests. Is that normal to you?

Judges should and must be criticised when they are incompetent or corrupt, and in this instance, the 4 judges were utterly incompetent in making a political ruling. I notice that those complaining about the attacks on the Maraga 4 have nothing to say about Justice Ojwang's scathing dissenting remarks in disagreeing with his colleagues on the SC bench?

Ojingaism will arrest landowners and distribute their land among so-called fake marginalized people. That's what communists do. This is a do or die battle.

True but what makes it 'political'? The fact that it never went your way?

When is Maraga judgement?
Clearly this parliament will be reminding everyone who is in charge.

This refering to Raila as communist is rather silly and reflects some level of stupidity in your part because Raila has been taking part in democratic elections for decades.

What makes him a communist ?

No, because voiding an election on the basis that transmission of ALREADY DECLARED results was not just nonsensical, especially considering ALL party agents had concurred with the outcome at constituency level, the legal threshold for presidential results, before transmitting to national tallying centre.

That ruling was not just incompetent, reckless and stupid, it was extremely dangerous. Can you imagine if it was Raila who had won and then the same judges had ruled for a repeat?? Would we be talking here today or would parts of the country be burning, maybe even the whole country?? This is the context in which this should be viewed by those like you who seem to naively think this is just a purely legal matter. It is not, it is 150% political, and it is to Jubilee supporters credit, maturity, great patience and patriotism that the country did not explode.

The correct decision would have been for the judges to order a recount of VALID votes, full stop! The circus we now have would have been avoided. For putting the stability of this country in great danger in an effort to appease Raila and to 'redeem themselves', these 4 cowardly fools should be hanged, or at the very least removed from their jobs.

I am happy that Uhuru repeated today at SH as he met Kamba leaders that he is not letting this treasonous matter go and will revisit it soon after the election. It's great to see Uhuru STILL pissed off this long....that's the spirit.

Mheshimiwa is just harping a tag that has been misused by many about Rao for years, it has become a cliche. I am sure that he does not believe that baba is a communist but he will just have to say it to either feel good that he sounds very right wind or he just wants the wathamaki to take him seriously after being very harsh to jubilee in the recent past.

Go slow on weed. Who told you it was invalidated on the basis of transmission? Are you literate? Soma hapa

As to whether there were irregularities and illegalities committed in the conduct of the 2017 Presidential Election, the court was satisfied that the 1st Respondent committed irregularities and illegalities inter alia, in the transmission of results, particulars and the substance of which will be given in the detailed and reasoned Judgment of the court. The court however found no evidence of misconduct on the part of the 3rd Respondent.

Irregularities AND illegalities transcend Transmission
That ruling was not just incompetent, reckless and stupid, it was extremely dangerous. Can you imagine if it was Raila who had won and then the same judges had ruled for a repeat?? You are speculating. Besides,Baba and his supporters' reaction is irrelevant to the sanctity and wisdom of SCOK. Since when did we start gauging judgements by reactions they elicit?
The correct decision would have been for the judges to order a recount of VALID votes, full stop! The circus we now have would have been avoided. For putting the stability of this country in great danger in an effort to appease Raila and to 'redeem themselves', these 4 cowardly fools should be hanged, or at the very least removed from their jobs.
Baba demonstrated irregularities and illegalities and all the respondents lawyers trivialized them instead of challenging them in calling for a recount. It is not Judges' job to cook remedies nobody sought.

I am happy that Uhuru repeated today at SH as he met Kamba leaders that he is not letting this treasonous matter go and will revisit it soon after the election. It's great to see Uhuru STILL pissed off this long....that's the spirit.
Uhuru is understandably mad but he should go for IEBC that conducted a sham election. But alas,he is not. He is barking at the wrong tree probably because he has benefitted or he sought to benefit from IEBC blunders
