Ashiet,

We sat throught the stuttering, stammering, barely literate Mwilu read what she had evidently not written and was seeing for the first time. In conclusion, she told us they based their decision on technicalities and IEBC contempt of court on IT issues she does not grasp.

Mwilu and Maraga made no attempt to demonstrate the magnitude the clerical errors they belaboured had on the eventual outcome. Infact they said the numbers didn't matter

Wanjala ran away to distance himself from the hollowness that we have witnessed.

Unlike you, some of us are combing through all judgements looking for substance. Let Njoki make her case.

"failure of technology cannot supplant the will of the people" Justice Njoki Ndungu

"legal burden of proof lies with petitioner" Justice Njoki Ndungu. Recall, CJ Maraga/ DCJ Mwile shifted the burden of proof to respondents

Unbelievable hollowness by the majority. Even if babuu who is trembling at the prospect of a bigger whacking was to agree to a new election, there will be unsigned forms, late returns, wrong totals etc. By the majority judges going for form rather than substance, will the religious zealot and the stammering Mwilu reading material foreign to her nullify the Uhuru 65% vs Raila 35% on inevitable errors?

The forms NASWA's Dr Nyangusi swore had issues were in the custody of the court all along. The Maraga 4 entrusted the registrar with the exercise and did not cross-check and verify the forms that were in the courts possession. The forms Nyangusi claimed had no signatures, had signatures, the ones without serial numbers, had serial numbers. The registrar's goose is cooked as is the credibility of those who swore the affidavits for NASWA. The bombshell has been dropped, the DCJ and CJ are taking notes! A ruling obtained on the basis of fraud cannot stand but if it means watu warudi debe, watarudi.

Njoki has dismantled these wakora 4 morons with solid facts, they never cross checked the NASA claims and that Dr Nyangusi lies, and is now using the Supreme court's own past rulings in election disputes to hang the bastards! How do Maraga, Mwilu, Lenaola and Wanjala now wiggle out of this one?
