Gekara Muoni has been fired as IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati's personal assistant.

Sources who did not want to be named said Muoni was sacked for allegedly leaking confidential material from the chairman's office.

The official is also said to have tried to get his mother nominated as a ward representative in Nyamira county, in violation of his contract.

On September 22, Jubilee Party said it wants NASA co-principal Musalia Mudavadi and Siaya Senator James Orengo prosecuted for alleged unauthorised access to IEBC servers.

Secretary general Raphael Tuju wrote to DDP Keriako Tobiko saying the two leaders accessed and obtained information on presidential results.

Tuju said the access was granted through what Mudavadi and Orengo called "confidential IEBC sources".

Hehehehe, the net is unravelling and I doubt that it will be in a position to NASA anything by the time all moles, sources and saboteurs have been flushed out.

It is Jakuon and NASA who loudly insisted that Tobiko must commence investigating IEBC within 72 hours. Well, he has done exactly that, and those to be investigated include Mudavadi and Orengo for publicly revealing that they had documents 'from confidential IEBC sources'. Talk about self incrimination :lol: :lol:

Whistle blowing is not a crime in fact it should be rewarded.

Ndugu Energizer, hebu consider these coincidences:

1. JaKuon tries all he can to malign the IEBC before the polls, but eventually participates;
2. On 8/8, as the figures start coming in, Mudavadi appears and agrees with observers that the process was unKenyan smooth
3. On 9/8, JaKuon begins to grumble and calls a presser where he starts claiming that an 'alogrithm' has been reducing his votes. He brandishes 'proof', a MySQL error log promptly declared fake, even by NASA's own ICT experts;
4. On 10/10, Mudavadi declares Raila the winner and also brandishes fake 'results' ostensibly obtained via a deep-throat in IEBC;
5. Orengo comes out swearing that they wont petition because the courts are compromised;
6. AfriCOG/Kiai and others come into action, preparing to petition;
7. CBK detects money coming in to NGO accounts and freezes the funds (from Soros?)
8. Akombe and Kiai BOTH jet out of Kenya and encounter some resistance at JKIA
9. Akombe returns in time to 'assist' with final tallying, and is seen on national TV handing Chebukati the declaration form that would later be declared faulty by the SC;
10. Uhuru is declared the winner;
11. Orengo suddenly changes his mind, just hours to the deadline, and files a petition while beaming with confidence.

We all witnessed a terribly flawed judicial process and an equally bad outcome. Had it not been for Jutice Ndung'u' meticulous examination of documents, we would never have known just how deeply compromised the IEBC and the Supreme Court were. A long and hazardous battle awaits us.
