NASA's next Frontier

Unread post by vooke » Wed Oct 11, 2017 8:47 pm

1. Whine in court of appeal and SCOK about the value and power of a SCOK Obiter
2. Contest whether the so called parts of 2017 judgement were Obiter
3. Contest constitutionality of gazetted candidates since it's less than 21 days to election
4. Refuse to fill 24A while claiming to have withdrawn so as to form grounds of Petition

5. Plausibly deniable chaos [s]If[/s] When all fails, stop elections in at least one constituency and claim the election was unconstitutional

Violence is not a last resort; it is what the daily protests are all about

The highly publicized foreign trip is a decoy; NASA leader will return with an announcement to be made at JKIA

That is a plan, dead on arrival, it was also canvassed on JKL yesterday with Aukot's lawyer and Jakuon's legal advisor. Pastor Bandia, as I told you before, the laws of Kenya anticipate events such as floods and riots interfering with the conduct of an election. You are encouraged to read the same. Further it would only cement grounds that Jakuon has engaged in an election offence for which he will be barred from any electoral contest for the next 5 years.
We agree with our expert, Bwana Arap Magut, that
As long as IEBC delivers election materials and personnel in all the 40,883 polling stations ,elections will be deemed to have been done successfully.
Even zero returns from NASA strongholds will count in the final tally.
And...even the suicidal Raila worshippers know better than to attack a polling station or poll officers. I mean, an attempt to attack a polling center is akin to kissing a cobra. 26th Oct. Here we come...Tutanyonyesha tutakachozalisha! https://www.facebook.com/samson.ogola/p ... 8021540685

Which people, Kenyans?

I thought the new amendments attempt to cover that ‘loophole’. Illegalities do not matter as long as the winner has more votes

The only problem of disrupting a polling station is that it is only one election which would easily point at which candidate's supporters were responsible for the disruption and this could be used to infer an election offence on the part of the said candidate. So if in Kiambu town the polling station outside that bar in Thindigua is disrupted, Uhuru would be held responsible for the disruption if it is proven it was his supporters that disrupted the voting!

Plan? DOA

Havi says he has appealed Mativo ruling

Claims Baba withdrew before the ruling so Baba is not bound
Claims SCOK can interpret katiba and a presidential Petition is interpreting katiba!

Pastor Bandia is as usual clutching at straws and hiding behind claimed petitions to purport that they would sanitize criminality. Jakuon is checkmated when it comes to any violent attempts to disrupt the election.
