UhuRuto - Majority Of Kenyans Dont Want A Nusu Mkate Government

Its now a Known factor Railas end game is a Nusu mkate Nusu Kapeti Governement. His plan is to make sure by hook or crook there is no election on 26th Oct and root for a caretaker governmemt till 2022.

Please marshal your resources and troops to ensure we have an election on 26th October. If it means going to court for clarification of Raila "withdrawal " with or without Form 24A do so now as it is better to deal with it now before an election as we will get a solution rather than after election. Actually take that clarification back to Mwilu and Maraga who told us to hold an election after 60 days lets see if they are going to rule otherwise.

Based on numerous blunders by IEBC like only allowing Raila and Uhuru in repeat polls , I believe its imperative now to use the courts whenever small things are not clear and need clarification or guidance.

All loopholes should be closed so that We have an election on 26th October as the constituion is silent on an election after 60 days after an election nullification etc and the elections done after every five years on the second tuesday of August. As per constituion there is no election in between so any election held in between will end up being illigitemate.

Raila may seek Supreme Court direction on October 26 poll

NASA leader Raila Odinga told Reuters he might consider returning to the Supreme Court for clarification on whether the October 26 poll was legal.

"As far as we are concerned, that (original Supreme Court) ruling is still valid," he said during a visit to London.

"What we are demanding is that the electoral commission should respect the Supreme Court and carry out elections in accordance with the ruling."

He supported protesters' right to demonstrate, he said, but he has so far stopped short of calling people onto the streets himself.

Martin Kimani, the Director of the National Counter Terrorism Centre, said the Opposition was trying to manufacture a crisis.

“A lot of those provocations or demonstrations taking place is an attempt to create the appearance of a crisis," he said. "There is a clear process on how to hold an assembly – it is about maintaining law and order."

Jubilee needs to go to courts badly specifically the SCORK on this upcoming election .
