White people won't like it. He plans to run, or maybe plans to depress Jubilee turnout by negative vibes. Jubilee shouldn't be fooled

Salty, If you read Raila Jr's tweet, I don't even think that Raila is in control of his goons...especially in Nyanza...only security forces will control the situation. The polling stations will be open and heavily guarded. If they don't come to vote, shauri yao. If they interfere with polling stations, there maybe mayhem...but of their own doing, and Raila will be held responsible...but elections will be concluded 8-)

As long as polling stations are open countrywide in every constituency between 6am and 5pm, and IEBC have facilitated the election materials and infrastructure thereof, an election will have taken place even if zero voters show up.

Uhuru legitimacy IS NOT dependent on how many people show up in NASA strongholds like Luo Nyanza or Vihiga since 98% would still not vote for him anyway under normal circumstances. Uhuru legitimacy is dependent on how many turnout in his strongholds and at least 60% of the counties or at least 29 counties, the same number of governors Jubilee won on 8/8.

If a clear majority of counties say yes to Uhuru, NASA non-recognition of his election will be irrelevant and neither nor there.
