How Raila lost millions in expatriate deals during botched August 8 poll

Mercy Mbuvi -

The National Super Alliance leader Raila Odinga coughed out millions of shillings in the run up to the August 8 election, including Sh47 million plus expenses to a US consultancy.

One of the key assignments for the foreigners was to set up a well-equipped parallel tallying centre which never came to be.

The former Prime Minister signed a contract with Aristotle International Inc, the US-based campaign data mining company.

Officials of the firm were dramatically deported by the Jubilee government, with four days to the General Election.

Zipo.co.ke has learnt that the deportation of Aristotle CEO John Aristotle Phillips, an American, and Canadian by the name Andreas Katsouris derailed Raila’s plans for elaborate parallel tallying.

The article by zipo was lifted straight of the star newspaper. Also, just goes to show the confusion that is wazimu mkuu and his ass wipe friends. Payment for the state of the art tallying center was made two days before the election. Also, why commission a poll when you can simply pay ambitho to appear on tv and announce results of some fictitious poll?

Did anyone feel the 181,000,000 spent on RMS stations?
Truth is that wazimu mkuu was taken for a ride.... and a very expensive one. Recall TNA had tallying centres and call centers in 2013. TNA had moot court sessions in 2013 in preparation for SCORK shennigans in 2013. Sembuse 2017?
