Ngatia

“Mwau’s petition is manifestly wanting in fact, gravely misconceived and irredeemably lacking any merit. The only available option is for the Supreme Court to dismiss it and order him to pay costs for filing the frivolous case,” says Uhuru.

He is in Luo Nyanza defending the credibility of the 8/8 elections conducted and transmitted by IEBC.
people of goodwill should join together and free Kenya from the grip of heartless thieves.

Bro,

Ngatia is taking Ndubi to school on procedure. He has just exposed Ndubi's attempt to sneak in a report when the case is headed for closing arguments by citing Ndubi's own application where he made no application to submit a report and only asked to "see". There is a reason why Ndubi is not ready for prime time and it shows.

The worst performance was that of Julie Soweto, who not only tried to pull the sex card, but padded her non-issues with lengthy silent moments as though aware that her pleadings were baseless.

Orengo is back on the streets raising a ruckus for JaKuon and threatening to swear in the monkey trader 'based on 8/8 results' (????). He is happy to be out of a courtroom where he knows that he cannot wink knowingly at Mwilu and Lenaola, or draft a crazy judgement for them in some Ngong Rd. hospital.

When you said Ngatia, I almost suffered a PTSD flashback of that basketcase in Sweden (Europe somewhere).

This Ngatia is worth every penny they are paying him. To imagine that he’s in the same arena as Soweto is sacrilegious. Soweto doesn’t even deserve to wipe the floors of a moot court.
