Penal Code 204: Activist of SC ruling by Justice Njoki Ndung'u led on death sentence

Note that this Apex judge was an activist of Evil Society b4 he joined SC court.
But Justice Njoki Ndung'u said the section "is out of sync and cannot stand as it is inconsistent with the constitution". That is not compatible with Chapter 4 The Bill of Rights.

Sentencing procedures in Kenya are archaic. Mandatory death sentence unreasonable. There is a need for an overhaul of Criminal law and Penal Code in Kenya. Total overhaul.
But mostly Kenyans are concerned with high sounding constitutional issues they ill understand rather than practical laws that affect their lives daily.

Maybe I should join politics, become an MPs and propose a reasonable Bill on sentencing.
