Uhuru is a criminal who should be taken back to the Hague where he belongs.
Very embarrassing the whole world knows that he is a thief.

You are quite blind to the reality around you. Babuu is dreading every day that goes by towards his phantom "sweating in". Babuu is begging to be helped down from this foolish position he has taken. If jubilee call his bluff (insist on not bribing babuu), we can expect a further "postponement and consultation"

Baba should now bring forward his swearing in date. If politics is about timing then this is the best time for Baba after EU amplified Baba's concerns with this damning report.

These observers have been left by the SGR to 2022. The best they could do is to try and glue the MV Canaan back together
It's crumbling and going the way of CORD.

No wonder Jubilee secretariat has not hired you. It is you who is blind to the real fears folks over there have and the reason why they wanted "postponement and consultation" of that report to March 2018:
"Uhuru did not want to give the group visibility for fear it will fuel opposition demands for a repeat election or swearing in of Raila Odinga. The report is critical of Uhuru regime and confirms massive irregularities, intimidation, police brutality against opposition leaders and supporters, use of state resources and technology to rig the election”.

No one is scared of you Mr drunkard zombie, the biggest mistake kenyans are doing is to let themselves t :| o be governed by a minority. People who clearly lost elections have been let to control the resources of the majority. Big mistake.

Energizer,
You raise a pertinent point:

Why does the EU opinion matter more than the Kenya Supreme Court's which annulled Jubilee's victory on Aug 8 and sent shockwaves around the world, thereby throwing NASA into a party frenzy to celebrate a petition victory never witnessed before in the continent of Africa?

The same Supreme Court wisely ruled again, a decision that was equally celebrated around the world for saving Kenya from imminent politically instigated violence?

EU's opinion is welcome as a "lessons learned" but the project is complete and closed. We'll utilize the lessons learned from 2017 as enumerated by EU and other bodies in 2022.

Now get to work. Makau Mutua is now writing about a sacred Kitui hill. He's moved on. So should you.

There were many other international observers including those from the AU and the US, and none of them are whining about the elections except that Soros bitch Schaake.

Why does the EU's opinion matter more than the Kenya Supreme Court's which verified the conduct of the October 26 presidential election as free and fair, and the August 8 election conduct of the other 5 contests as non-contestable? Is the EU first among equals amongst hundreds of international and local election observers who approved of the IEBC performance?

You fools are so hopelessly brainwashed and wired to worship and lick mzungu arse, that you constantly need to seek approval and validation from them as a thinking, capable human being. Never mind that Europe and the US are now effectively fascist nations where only the elite matter and the rest better behave like obedient sheep, or else you can be arrested and charged with being a terrorist just for browsing an ISIS website, and your family will never see you again.

These are the savages you morons look up to as they pretend to promote liberal democracy in Africa when what they really want is to control our resources, how we think, what we eat and how we do business. In other words, good old colonialism all over again, but you are too needy, too compromised by inferiority complex and too thick headed to think for yourself to see it. Pathetic uncle toms...fucking grow up!

.
There are people who want to engage in ad hominem abuse all day long on online forums, spewing bile in a seemingly unending stream.

These are, in fact, the most uneducated amongst us.

Interferance and barking to the iebc was done by both sides and more so the NASA side that kept bullying Chiloba
Paying of people to attend political rallies is not only monopolized by jubilee, there are videos out there of NASA principles doing the same especially Wetangula
Violence by police and civillians no need to expound on that.
This report you are posting here is not going to make uhuru a pariah like you keep insisting. It does not point a finger to just him causing all these things. The report is neither here nor there. But again for you guys anything that paints kenya in a negative light is kosher for you.

Meanwhile Msando remains very dead.

Such comedy. One day nusa nusa is disparaging mzungu observers as "these characters", next they are hanging onto every mzungu fart looking for something to interpret as endorsement for the illegal "sweating in".

NASA politicians did well to make their case for annuling the prior rigged election and in doing so strengthened the rule of law and the courts. Withdrawing was ill-advised a political miscalculation although it had its few positives. Constantly calling for the resignation of a few individuals at IEBC was ill-advised and futile. They also failed to present easily provable electoral illegalities like use of State resources to the courts, yet the courts kept referencing these ommisions. Democracy has many stake holders especially in institutions but here they fail in identifying and seeking common objectives. It is good to see the other stakeholders of democracy demonstrating patience in that project.
Why are you trying to reinvent the past? State resources was one of the angles that NASA attempted to use in the Supreme Court against the 3rd respondent, and it was soundly rejected. Who is she to run tantrums about a matter already ruled upon and settled by the highest court in the land? The activist behind the Tunisia uprising is wailing about her inability to return to Kenya, thinking the regime change she help instigate in Tunisia can be copy pasted and applied 1:1 elsewhere.
