North Eastern Province Was the Epicentre of Rigging

Even from a casual look, I can see mountains of smoke. I hope CORD has carefully analyzed the form 34s from all the NEP Constituencies and compared with Form 36s of the same.

Mandera County should be first in the list of those to be scrutinized

Even if CORD focuses on Mandera alone where Uhuru was awarded over 50,000 free votes, they will force a runoff. Let's hope they have done a good job.

LK i hope you kept attention at Hassan's numerous briefings when results were being announced. There were several layers of audits both in the field and at bomas to verify the figures before they were adopted in the presidential tallies. Note that IEBC commissioners and staff are from all over the country with sympathies across the whole political spectrum. It would require a very high level of organisation and conivance to cook figures and to keep the cooking secret.

The people who own the presidency :)

LK - Raila will NOT be the president - we just don't want him...we feel like he's a threat to our interests..the question we keep asking ourselves is this: why is he sooooooooo desperate for this chair? For that reason, we can't give it to him.

WE is the majority - just boost your egos but BOYBOY belongs to WE and raila will NEVER be president! Indeed, the next time WE see him on a ballot paper WE will hand him another beating - this time he will go to ICC ! :P :P

Raila will start asking us why WE bought land - when WE all know YOU bought TVs, BMW's and Music-Systems and suits!

WE dislike SOCIALISTS - Kenya politics is actually a majority LIBERALISTS! All WE care is our (KENYAN) interests and who protects them!

Shaking my head here. Never in my life did I know I would encounter such stupidity. In all its glory.
Where did you buy land? Is Kenyatta land now communal property? Some of us have no use for land, the people who have issues with "your" land are in RV. What a simple mind! The good thing about forums is that you get to know how some people "think". Crude and crass. Some kids are unlucky in life.

LK
Ask someone to tell you why Jomo Kenyatta was commonly referred to as Muthonigwa Njamba. And this B.A.I.T. -EM fella writes as if he is a member of our security agencies. If indeed that's true yeye pumbavu sana, bure kabisa kama mavi ya kuku.

Cordian reasoning is quite off if not outright tribal. You believe Jubilee is confined to RV and Gema areas hence your conclusion that there was rigging in Mandera. Well, perhaps there was also rigging in Lamu, Kajiado, Narok, Nairobi and other non-RVGema areas where Uhuru did well? Why dont you think there was rigging in Garissa or West Pokot where Raila outdid Uhuru? Was turnout bigger than registered voters in Mandera?? If not how do you conclude there was rigging?

I am yet to see an independent observer say there was any rigging. Your suspicions and belief of rigging is fuelled by tribal anti-Uhuruto feelings. NKT

Show us one independent observer who believes there was rigging. Heres one of many that believe the polling was credible. Others are AU, IGAD and EU observers
Yes, Uhuru won – parallel vote tally shows

NAIROBI, Kenya, Mar 9 – The Elections Observation Group (ELOG) which was carrying out a parallel tally of the presidential results says its figures match those released by the electoral commission.
“The official result announced by the IEBC (Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission) for each candidate falls within the range projected by the PVT (Parallel Vote Tabulation). Thus the PVT can confidently verify that the official results for each candidate are accurate,” the group’s chairman, Kennedy Masime, said on Saturday afternoon.

According to the report released by ELOG, their parallel tabulation showed the president-elect Uhuru Kenyatta would garner 49.7 percent of the votes cast nationally while his closest contender, Raila Odinga, would get 43.4 percent.

Kenyatta ended up garnering 50.07 of the national tally with 6,173,433 votes and Odinga 43.31 percent with 5,340,546 votes as announced by the IEBC.

The ELOG chairman said they arrived at their figures using a, “nationally representative, random sample of 1,000 polling streams drawn by experienced statisticians from the official list of polling streams provided by the IEBC.”

The domestic observers say the electoral commission should make available the forms with the presidential tallies from each and every polling station across the country to erase any doubt as to the credibility of the cumulative presidential results.

“We call on the IEBC to immediately make public any information relevant and material to the results as announced. More specifically, make public the individual results from all polling streams.”

Masime also advised those who doubt the results released by the electoral commission to take their grievance to court and called on the Judiciary to resolve the disputes expeditiously.

“We urge any party or person who may feel aggrieved by the outcome of the election to seek redress through the courts of law. We call upon the courts to act expeditiously on any complaints that may be filed.”

The observers comprised Faith Based Organisations and civil society groups concluded their statement by congratulating Kenyans for turning out to vote in large numbers and encouraged them to return to their normal lives in peace.

“We congratulate Kenyans for making history by turning out in large numbers to exercise their right to vote. We want to acknowledge the peaceful manner with which Kenyans have conducted themselves and urge that peace continues to prevail.”

Guru and LuoK, there are many Cordians who believed Railas win would excuse them from the tax and death burden. Some do not pay rent since 2008. On election day (4th March), some Cordians refused to pay bus fare on the Town-Umoja route because Raila was going to win

Should we blame their parents??
